No matter what is going on in your life today, remember, it is only preparation. People come and go; situations rise and fall; it’s all preparation for better things. You must stretch, reach, grow into your goodness. Without the preparation we receive through adversity, disappointment, confusion, or pain, we could not appreciate the goodness when it arrives.

It’s Time To Let Go

Are you still holding onto that hurtful comment, that moment of disappointment or that rude encounter? When you hold onto anything your attention will begin to subtly rest upon it which will begin to allow into your life and even more things that feel like that. Holding onto anything, especially that which causes you pain or upset, is not only tiring but it is also stagnating your growth, sabotaging your peace and stealing your joy. Ultimately you won’t find peace by holding onto anything. Let it go and reach for your happiness, peace and purpose.

Sit very quietly; do not force yourself to sit quietly, but sit or lie down quietly without force of any kind. Then watch your thinking. Watch what you are thinking about. Follow your thoughts and enquire why each thought arises. Do not try to change your thinking. See why certain thoughts arise in your mind so that you begin to understand the meaning of every thought and feeling without any enforcement. Just watch.

FEELINGS

I am responsible for my feelings. My actions and reactions to a situation are a reflection of where my I am emotionally. Whether negative or positive only I can control my perception of a problem or a solution. Therefore I choose to feel love, I choose to have patience, I choose be at peace.

Some people don’t like you because your spirit aggravates their demons.
